There was a feral cat that I couldn't lure inside, and the temperature at night was below freezing. I didn't have the money to buy an outside house, but Hope Floats came through and provided a good, solid dog house where she could shelter from the weather. It took more than a year, but I finally lured my kitty inside, and she has been a wonderful comfort to me.
