Catadelphia is a wonderful resource for people who care about Philadelphia's community cats. There is a trap library for people who do not have traps. There are fostering supplies for those who are willing to foster the cats they found. There is support in emergency situations. And there is plenty of information and advice! I would firmly recommend this organization to anyone who cares about community cats and their welfare.
