I have been a contributor to ABC for over 15 years. It is an extraordinary organization that has a clear and meaningful strategic direction and an amazingly dedicated and professional staff and Board. What makes the unique is how strongly they partner with other organizations to stretch my contributions to the fullest on behalf of bird conservation!

Note: I am a former Board member who served my allocated 9 years.

During my 40 year career in public service I have interacted with and served on a number of non profit boards. The American Bird Conservancy has always been my favorite for one simple reason, They have a laser like focus on there mission: protecting endangered species. The have the best strategic plan of any organization I have worked with and in unifies the alignment of mission, values and goals from the board throughout the organization. Bravo ABC!
