With an amazing, compassionate staff and fleet of volunteers, this grassroots organization provides emotional, financial and practical support to both children fighting cancer and their families. Their scope of support goes out to families in a four-county area. Regardless of socio-ecomonmic status, children fighting cancer along with their families need a support system for the myriad of needs that arise when faced with a life-threatening illness. Jacob's Heart is there to serve them!
