In 2011 we lacked good rescues, concept of foster care and a group outlet for passionate people to make a difference. We found NWBR we have fostered well over 40 dogs, served in different roles of NWBR and seen thousand come and find forever. The rescue is truly for the dogs........ well they brought us Jackson and for that I am forever greatful!
