Review for Ballona Institute, Playa del Rey, CA, USA

Rating: 5 stars

The Ballona Institute is dedicated to preserving the wetlands to sustain native habitat for butterflies, birds, animals and insects. Marcia and Roy, co-directors of the Ballona Institute are amazing and dedicated individuals who give back to the community by conducting free nature tours and organizing school groups to participate and learn about ecosystems. I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

seeing restored habitat attracting native and rare species.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

try for more publicity - they are AmAZiNg!

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

seeing natural habitats restored and native species thriving because of the efforts of the Ballona Institute.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

AmAZinG!

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

restore fragile habitats and involve school children in learning about saving ecosystems.

Ways to make it better...

everyone in the city were involved!

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

publicity needed to highlight and promote the great work being accomplished.

One thing I'd also say is that...

"THUMB'S UP" for ballonainstitue.org
