The American Bird Conservancy (ABC) is the leading bird conservation organization for the Western Hemisphere--focusing projects on the US & Canada, Central America, and the Andes of South America. Many years ago I served on ABC's board and saw, first-hand, how innovative and courageous this institution is. It is not a large organization but it is very nimble and strategic about how it invests its hard-earned funds. It is not afraid of taking on powerful interests in order to change bad policies that harm our birdlife. There is no other institution like it! I donate to this organization...
