Doing it right is priority One at The Medicine Horse Project project. This is really our 10th anniversary and progressing into our fifth year at the Nevada location which is a intricate yet simple designed facility that should be on your bucket list to see. Doing it right with expert knowledge in animal nutrition is one of the ways we save money from our valued donors. We are proud to say that here in our Nevada facility we have never relied on an emergency veterinary call only scheduled and routine health checks and tooth and hoof maintenance. Sometimes little lives are born here. This is actually our first from our last rescue. That's little Victor. Born and growing healthy. Doing it right includes not cutting any corners on health and proactive maintenance preventing interruptions in our progress. We work hard at The Medicine Horse Project doing it right to be seen as the rescue example. Thanks to amazing donors we now have a small cement pad workspace to continue maintenance on equipment water trailers and trucks. This is a huge step and without our donors we would not be able function at our current capacity. I was lucky enough to have a little helper when I was forming the concrete and he learned how to read a level and follow the little bubble. And we have a perfectly level concrete pad. Just watching one horse at a Time come in from a hardship of one of the other being rehabilitated watching people interact with them watching the change and their demeanor and their faces then that horse going to a place where it's wanted and taken care of. One horse at a time one person at a time it's a great thing
