Heart of Phoenix has done some amazing work when it comes to rescuing and rehoming the neglected and abused horses of Appalachia. I have been fortunate enough to be involved with this rescue group for a short time now, and have already seen so many amazing transformations in horses lives through the help of Heart of Phoenix. This group of people really work well together in order to keep the organization running so well for the animals.
