Always learning. Caitlin is supportive and will not be shaken from her course. Her family are genuine. Her motives are pure. An example to be followed. Not just by actions. Hard act to follow for sure

I have been visiting Caitlin and her family for 5 years. Being a part of this organization has taught me so much. The biggest thing that has changed my perspective is how important it is to live for the present more than preparing for the future. Life in the Dominican can change very quickly and being in the present is easier to roll with the changes. This is very important to know in Canada as we live so much in the future and try to control the now.
I am a fairly new christian and love how God is incorporated into the daily talk about how much God is loved and appreciated with what we have now.
The accommodations are very safe and private with easy access to any location you need to go.

Caitlin gave up her comfy life in the United States and is truly making a difference. She knows about the needs because she listens and acts. She is a godly woman and the fruit she bears is so noticeable. Spend some time with her and I am sure you will be changed for the better. See the reactions from the people when they see her and I know you will see the kind of results she can produce. From her family to the people she has encouraged over the years she has been there, she is greatly appreciated.

God blessed me with the opportunity to find this ministry while trying to find a way to get a homeless illegal Haitian boy of the street. I met Watso in Sosua and he was living on the beach. He was picked up by CONANI and had escaped. I made my way to Caitlyn and her organization agreed to meet Watso and see if he qualified. We spent a few short days at the school and spent time doing activities such as soccer and water jewel finding. Project Esperanza whole heartedly accepted Watso. If God allows, I want to go back and spend some more time doing anything that I can do. I see a lot of need but I also see how well they work with what they have. I pray that God will continue to bless and anyone who has experiences with PE, will continue to share their good works with everyone they can. The need is great to provide illegal Haitians a refuge and learning opportunities. Unfortunately, the life for a Haitian may be better than living in Haiti, it is also more dangerous. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me with my situation.
