Project Medishare is a wonderful organization. They provide amazing healthcare to underserved areas and provide access to medical treatment that the people of Haiti would not otherwise have access to. They provide teaching and continuing medical training for staff there as well. Supplies and volunteers come weekly to lend support and aid in teaching, helping and caring for the sick and injured.
It is an amazing community of people.

I was able to help out as a physician for a week in the ER. I was able to teach and provide care as well as learn. It was a wonderful experience working with the knowledgeable staff including doctors, nurses, paramedics and ancillary staff.
