I have taken many workshops at Art & Creativity for Healing and each time I have a unique experience. Sometimes pain from my past has come up and it's amazing how this method allows me to tap into it and get it out on canvas. It's kind of like learning a new language to express myself through color and paint. One workshop helped me experience a deep inner joy about my childhood. Another helped me deal with my anger and fear. All of the workshops I have taken have been a window into my soul and have truly helped me heal. I can't wait to take another workshop!
