Review for Barrel of Monkeys Production, Chicago, IL, USA
Barrel of Monkeys has changed the lives of so many kids in underfunded school programs - given them a chance to express and experience their creativity, fully realized by talented, energetic, and enthusiastic performers, teachers, and role models. It is the best thing I have ever been involved with in my life, and the results are in the kids' faces when they watch each performance of their original story.

The newer schools were more organized and aware of what the show would be like (example: theatre space not set-up, kids wandering in before the performance time, not starting on time, etc.)

Keeping finances up so they can continue to expand their reach in Chicago.
