I have witnessed the growth of FSA from the time it was instituted until the present day. It’s a caring, nurturing,kind, loving care giving group for DeKalb County residents that has had a tremendous impact on many. From childhood to seniors all have been affected. Give thanks for what we now have and help it prosper in the coming years.
