Happy Wings Sanctuary is the best non-profit I've encountered. Tanya id very dedicated to all her birds, taking them to the vet regularly, making sure she sticks to their routine, spending time with them so they can bond and learn to trust people.

You can see it, when you look at the birds, how much they love and trust her. Their homes are beautiful and big, lots of toys and outside time. From chickens to budgie to cockatoo, no bird is left behind.

She's even raising funds for a new building to house more birds, it would be nice if she reached it, the goal is not far. She also does everything she can to help people who have just got a rescued bird for the first time, or just birds in general.

Happy Wings Sanctuary has been educating their followers on proper treatment of birds as well as their (the birds) well being. Each bird has a personality and it is recognised and displayed to the followers.

Tanya has long days, running Happy Wings Sanctuary on her own; cleaning cages, feeding, play time and working on top of it all. Not everything she needs she gets from donations, she often has to pay out of her pocket which shows her dedication.

I'd also like to point out how Happy Wings Sanctuary offers opportunities and exposure to companies and artists alike. Not a mean bone in her body, always ready to help... I feel it is time that she gets what she's been giving, help.
