The separation of church and state is a fundamental principle that allows the best functioning of both our national and local governments and the authentic expression of religious belief and action. The Ohio Chapter of Americans United for Separation of Church and State is at work protecting that principle in the Buckeye state. Still growing, Ohio AU is becoming an effective advocate for religious liberty, political freedom, and individual rights and dignity. As a local member in Columbus I value Ohio AU's presence, voice, and action on behalf of our fellow citizens. Challenges loom ahead but Ohio AU will face them firmly and respectfully.
