Review for Badger Run Wildlife Rehab, Klamath Falls, OR, USA
I enjoy photographing wildlife. From time to time as I wander about the Basin I come across hawks and owls in distress. Most recently I discovered a great horned owl by the roadside. The owl was missing an eye. I placed the owl into the care of the people at Badger Run. Later, actually I was on my way to Yellowstone National Park, I received a phone call from Badger Run. The eye injury of the owl I had found was an old injury. I learned it was an old owl as well. They had given the owl a few meals to build strength and returned the owl to its home environment. I am grateful there are people like the folks at Badger Run, caring people with skills. And I am thankful there are a few old owls around to enjoy.

I wasn’t aware a facility like Badger Run existed until I needed a Badger Run. A developing photography habit has me outdoors frequently. A few years ago I came across an injured owl. It was when I looked to help the owl that I learned of Badger Run. Later, during extremely cold weather, I brought an emaciated hawk into the care of the good people of Badger Run. I am most grateful to the people and care found at Badger Run.
