I have been aware of START rescue for many years, and am constantly super impressed with their level of dedication, drive, passion and integrity for what they do. They literally champion the underdogs and those dogs that find it hardest to find their forever homes. They never give up and never take the easy route when the harder route results in more lives saved. Since I've been aware of them they have saved literally thousands of innocent lives and long may they continue!

Bark Avenue continues to be at the top of its field, helping our canine and feline friends, the homeless and their pets to be cared for and supported. Their fearless and tireless leader,Christy Schilling, is second to none!
