Encore Programs (formerly IRT) is a wonderful resources for the greater Orange County and Long Beach communities. With very limited programs for adults with disabilities and/or concurrent mental health needs, Encore fills a very important gap in services. The staff work with individuals and families to support individual interests and offer unique programs to support creativity and independence.
