The obvious and undeniable factor that makes IPMM so effective is the joy that drives all of their work. Their mission to make art accessible to all and to spread the benefits of creativity is so clearly expressed in every event, every partnership, and every opportunity they have to engage with the public. Every member of the IPMM team is open, enthusiastic, and eager to share the joy they clearly experience by being a part of this organization. They lead every project with delight, whether they are working with school kids, artists, corporate partners, or donors, and that passion and pride is contagious!
