Coming into work everyday and seeing our participants smiles is what motivates me! I love working at Spectrum Designs Foundation, I can truly say it is the best place to work! There was a day I came in and was upset about my personal life and I saw one of our participants smiling. I asked why he was so happy he said "I am at work." It is the little things that happen here that help you realize that life really isn't that bad!
