I was introduced to the Randy Jones Foundation through Linda & Curtis Gandy at the Randy Jones Golf Invitational. As the District Recruiting Manager for Farmers Insurance in San Diego we were one of the Sponsors at the golf event. Myself and our team of independent agents met Randy Jones and the core leadership team of the nonprofit.

I was very impressed with the vision, goals and the current scholarship programs of supporting youth in sports of Military families.

The commitment and dedication shown by Randy Jones and his leadership team for the foundation was contagious! To hear and read about the awesome kids being supported by the foundation was beyond inspiring.

Having grown up myself in a military family I understand the limitations that might exist for certain families who have children that are passionate about a sport but don't have the financial means to participate at a high level. Knowing the Randy Jones Foundation can help kids and their families is comforting and inspiring. Especially now that I have been an active volunteer coach for youth sports over the past 6 years, I see first hand how families can struggle to pay fees, dues, equipment, training, etc required now for kids to compete at a high level!

The most promising part of the foundation is that the kids being awarded scholarships must excel in school too! Also the family outings at professional baseball games and fishing trips provides kids and their families lifelong joyful memories!

The Randy Jones Foundation provides kids and their families an option that can make an everlasting positive impact on their future!
