I have been following and supporting Unbridled and Susan Kayne for years. Her capacity for love, respect and compassion for horses, humans and all sentient beings is beyond measure. Her message for Unbridled is one of compassion and education of WHO horses ARE and not just what they can DO for us. I really connect with that. I have watched how hard she works making sure the horses in her care come first and receive the best of everything so that their life after being saved from slaughter is a good, kind, long and loving one. Susan is open and honest about every part of her foundation and I love that she shares the daily routine with everyone and welcomes everyone to come and visit and see for themselves exactly what goes on. Many other rescues that I donated to left me feeling that something was “off”. That left me feeling very uncomfortable and never donated again. Susan’s deep appreciation and gratitude for Unbridled supporters like nothing I have ever experience before from a rescue. I am a fan and supporter for life! Most every other rescue need take lessons from Susan Kayne because THiS is how it’s done!!
