Great place to volunteer! You get a chance to meet your guests and to work with other friendly volunteers.

I have really enjoyed volunteering at Hope's Corner. Over the last two years, I've become friends with many of our guests, and I really enjoy seeing them every Saturday. It's also bee great working with other volunteers who come from all walks of life and who work together to make Hope's Corner a positive place where people can eat and relax for a couple of hours.

Hope’s Corner serves a free breakfast and bag lunch every Saturday mornings to all comers as well as free showers to unhoused people on Thursday and Saturday mornings on a first-come-first-served basis. We now serve over 200 people every Saturday. Besides food, we provide a place for people to feel welcomed and build community. We collaborate with Second Harvest Food Bank, Community Services Agency, Peninsula Food Runners, Silicon Valley Bicycle Exchange and others to help the people we serve connect with other available services.
