This nonprofit does an amazing job of helping women now. They assist from diagnosis through survivorship with great educational and care tools. If you know someone or are someone navigating a breast cancer diagnosis, use this resource!

Over 5 years ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. While there are many sources of information, one of the best sources I found was the Beyond the Shock App from the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Fast forward 4 years, and my sister was diagnosed with the same type of breast cancer as me. I referred her to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, and she was able to take advantage of all the services offered by NBCF. This non-profit offers men and women, patients and caregivers HOPE. I have been blessed to be able to volunteer with this amazing organization and I'm continually surprised by their creative ways to live their mission statement. I highly recommend this organization to anyone that is, or has a loved one, coworker, or friend that is facing breast cancer.
