I am thrilled and very proud to serve as Chair of the Board of Directors for this life-changing Institute. I began my journey with IHE as a student in an online course, went on to complete the Graduate Certificate in Humane Education, and was honored beyond measure when asked to consider service on the Board. As a post-secondary educator, I have seen first-hand the transformative effect of Solutionary principles and pedagogies in my own classrooms, and of Zoe Weil's visionary work on colleagues encountering this high-impact approach to teaching in a range of professional development contexts. I can testify personally to the passion and dedication of the entire staff and Board of Directors, the Alumni Association, and the teachers and other stakeholders who have devoted their time, talents and resources to realizing IHE's mission.
