I've been involved with the Creston Women's Club for about 11 years now and they are a wonderful group of women who care deeply about their community. They give their time, money and heart to raise money for scholarships to help kids, and adults alike further their education by going to college, trade school or pursuing the arts. The club welcomes all ages. Some of the women involved have lived here 35+ years while some are brand new. All are welcome. It doesn't take up much of your time and it is a great way to get to know your community. The club meets the first Monday night of every month (except a few months during the summer) in the trailer behind the community center. Feel free to just drop by and see what it is all about. You'll have a great time.
