As nonprofits go, Ascending Leaders sets the bar for accountability and for keeping the people they serve at the forefront. Their leadership has a very, very caring and empathetic heart. While many nonprofits do an admirable job in the day-to-day delivery of their services, Ascending Leaders takes that to the next level by thinking strategically about those they serve and plans for both long term and near term success. Were I looking for an organization into which I could pour my time and treasures, Ascending Leaders would be top of my list.
