From the day I found out about SASI, the organization has been a huge help for me. I found SASI just a few months after my wife passed away, leaving me as a single dad to 2 my twin autistic girls who were 10 years old at that time.

They were able to show me that I was not alone. They provided support for me as a parent. Through social gatherings, monthly support meetings and their Facebook page.

For my girls, they have provided the needed social outings, life skills classes, resources for me to turn to, and birthday parties for them to attend.

The founders, Priscilla and Stephanie, have been nothing short of amazing. They make themselves available to everyone. They really care about their members. And they are so knowledgeable about the services available to our community.

I know that SASI has been a big part of our world. They have filled a void that school districts and local governments could not.
