My family was a recipient of healing meals during my husband’s cancer treatment. Not only were the meals nourishing for him, but helped keep me healthy while caring for him and our two boys. It was a huge relief from the stress of caregiving not to have to think about meal planning for our family while navigating his treatments and juggling every day family needs. Our boys loved trying the meals and we could taste the loving care infused in their preparation. Healing Meals not only strengthen families enduring a stressful time, but they strengthen the community with their support, empathy, and care.
