Since 2007 Universal Aid for Children, Inc. (UAC), has been my go-to organization in my calling from the Lord to service those most in need in the Odesa area of Ukraine: the orphans, students, underserved low- or no-income families, and others in need. After Russia invaded Crimea followed by the invasion of Donetsk and Luhansk the mission expanded to include assisting children, families, and handicap refuges. Because of the adverse impact on Ukraine by the 2022 Russian invasion, UAC has been quickly adjusting to the ever-changing challenges of the daily life of those it serves. UACs has expanded its support to include medical supplies, batteries, and other essentials. I am blessed to be able to continue to serve those in need in Ukraine through UAC.

Universal Aid for Children (UAC) is amazing! This past year I have watched as it struggled through a second COVID-19 year as it continued to serve its scholarship students, refugees, and others in need in the Odesa area of Ukraine. Then after the illegal and criminal second Russian invasion of Ukraine this year, seeing how UAC has stepped to the challenge of responding to the adverse impact of a new wave of refugees, ability to continue educational goals, loss of jobs and income, food shortage, increased need of medical supplies and material, and the impact on its team in Odesa. UAC, with the help of its caring and loving sponsors and organizations, has been able to help more people and increase its level of support to each area of its program.
