VTS is a great organization and what I believe is a tremendous benefit for all transitioning service members who participate. Russell and his team actually care about offering service members a head start on earning valuable skills needed for a variety of industries. I have taken a couple of courses through the VTS program including the LEAN no-cost course which provided valuable insight that I will utilize in earning my LLSGB certification. My only regret is that I did not know about this support sooner and had to move out of the area before I could utilize additional courses. Thank you Russell and the VTS team for all your support!
