What an organization! I started following this nonprofit years ago when a dear friend of mine started volunteering for them. I am a bit embarrassed to admit that until then I had no idea what kid of challenges and struggles that the women of Afghanistan face on a daily basis. The AIWR is helping these women and their communities in big ways. I can only hope that they continue to thrive in years to come.
