This summer was my first time volunteering for the Rose Kennedy Greenway within their Public Arts and Art Ambassador program. Being able to meet and work with local artists and help the public engage with the installations has been deeply fulfilling- from hearing stories of people growing up with the historic Neon signs to seeing young children astonished by interactive installations, the Greenway facilitates culture and the imagination purely for the benefit of the community.
