Review for Equilibrium Dynamics, San Francisco, CA, USA

Rating: 5 stars

I am writing to give my comment of Equilibrium Dymanics. I have been to 3+ of their various workshops and feel that my option is valid and significant. Their workshops are great and no matter how many that I go to they are always helpful and insiteful into me understanding more about myself and emotional development. Dr. Flowers and her staff really care and are professional women who are very pleasent and not only work well with other people (of any age and background), Flowers experience lends her to enable people to open up and feel safe in group settings. From Stress management to (3)Emotional Balance any and everyone would benefit from their services and I am proud to be apart of it and hope to see it expand!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

(2)San Fransisco, (2)Berkeley,

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

(and how more support to do this) do free workshops for various student group and invite other students to come to the session to recruit College students (because when you get them on board, you also get them when they GROW UP and REALLY need HELP.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

Having someone do a step by step walk with me through the emotional process of my life that I would have never thought about on my own.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Dr. Flowers, forgot the other 2 women names (sorry).

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

spread the word, write books, do articles in famous magazines, do a tv show, make dvds, make youtube videos, hold monthly workshops at UCs and states, they could train and expand their volunteer/paid-work force.

Ways to make it better...

More friends and family could have enjoyed the experience with me.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

Financial support to keep it running long and strong and SPREADING THE WORD.

One thing I'd also say is that...

I love EQDynamics!

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?
