My Nonprofit Reviews

I spent the summer of 2017 interning at Sanctuary One, and absolutely fell in love with the place. The staff, volunteers, and other interns were all extremely supportive and welcoming. This organization truly makes a difference in the community in so many ways. They provide care to all kinds of homeless animals, and do their part to take care of the environment. They also impact the lives of people through community service, which allows people to heal and connect with the land and with animals that have also gone through rough times. I greatly enjoyed my time taking care of the animals, assisting with projects around the farm, and interacting with the public through tours and community service projects. Sanctuary One became my home-away-from-home over the summer. I loved my experience so much, I volunteered one day a week the summer of 2018. I will always try to make time to support this amazing organization.
