Iowa battles to keep and improve our very old and outdated "Bottle Bill". Grocers would rather pay to through it all away. The Container Recycling Institute has presented many reasons and the data to support why it is necessary to not only keep the deposit bill alive but expand on it. CRI has the research, statistics, and the knowledge to build an unarguable case to the benefits of the deposit recycling programs.
