The SafeStreets Work Crew Program allows participants to give back to the community of Everett by picking up trash while completing a diversion program that allows them to stay out of jail. The program also assists the homeless with jobs through the Hope Works landscaping service called 'Ground Works'.

The most important function of SafeStreets Work Crew is the opportunity to present motivational video's and conversation to assist homeless drug addicts into enrolling in rehab by utilizing the Everett and County Social Service homeless outreach teams.
