As an artist I wanted to use my love of the arts and my artwork to help others. In researching for foundation I would like to get involved with, Foundation for Photo Art in Hospitals inc, was one which really spoke to me because it was open to all hospitals around the world, but mostly because we are all affected by making the hospital environment a more welcoming and pleasant one. It’s mission is simple but can truely change the hospital stay of someone. Plus Elaine the person in charge of the foundation has been extremely welcoming and has made the process of getting involved so easy. I am proud to be able to participate in this great program and hope my art will help brighten up some someone’s hospital stay
