As a pediatric nurse, I see a lot of pain and suffering. I am fortunate however to also get to see a lot of smiles every time Santa Claus from the Believe in Santa Foundation comes to our hospital to visit the children. He is always so warm, patient, willing to accommodate all our needs, and has the best sense of humor. Watching him in action makes me believe he's real.
