I'm a current employee who's about to relocate out of state. The staff at CID are very motivated to fulfill the organization's mission, and works with a wide array of individuals and situations on a daily basis. While you won't find a lot of super-seasoned direct service providers (the management has a lot of hands-on experience though!), the quality of work is generally at least adequate and often goes beyond what is required of staff by management or job description.
