SDBIF is a great resource for TBI survivors and their families. They provide informative monthly Saturday meetings for survivors, families, and caregivers. The guest speakers are very knowledgable and present the information at the appropiate level for TBI survivors.
The Survive Headstrong Walk for Recovery, Golf Tournament, and Friendraiser are annual events that SDBIF provides for the brain injury community that brings survivors, families, and friends together.
SDBIF provides survivors activities such as Day of Art and Friday Night Liberty (which highlights survivor artists.)
The SDBIF website has a wealth of information and resources.
