What a fun day we all had spending time at CJ Acres. We got to watch animals in their natural setting that have been rescued from the horrors of factory farming. I wish they all could be free and so well cared for. The animals are treated like family, as it should be. It will move your heart. Lee the owner spent many hours giving us the tour + was a wealth of information. He obviously cares deeply for his “flock”. We got to interact with horses, cows, goats, mama and baby chickens, turkeys + the resident dog and cats. The animals were so gentle and well cared for. After all the animals have been thru.. it touches my soul that they can accept humans with such warmth
I wish that everyone could be educated about factory farm abuse and would take this opportunity to visit this incredible sanctuary for the rescued farm animals. If you’re not Vegan it’s ok they are not “preachy”. This is just a great opportunity to learn about all sorts of things and to be at peace with our gentle earth friends that we share the planet with. If you are an animal lover this is a must!!
