I have benefited greatly from the hard work done by the Feingold Association to provide clear and complete information on what is in the foods we eat. I began using the Feingold diet in the 7th grade, and in the decades since can unequivocally say that is and has been a major contributor to my success in school and professionally.

As a result I was able to get into my selective entrance high school (Thomas Jefferson High School For Science and Technology), pursue my dreams as an adult of opening an IT business, and now flying as an airline pilot for United Express.

Following the Feingold diet improved my motivation, happiness, focus, and enabled me to enjoy a rich social life.
