I would never have thought, before the Feingold lifestyle was suggested by my child's Montessori school director (seven years ago!), that certain foods (even organic foods) could wreck as much havoc as food dye and preservatives do with some people! My family is so grateful for not only the knowledge base, constant vigilance in food ingredient testing, and regular updating of the data, but also for the assistance provided by the Feingold Association and all the Feingold-Associated families who are involved and supportive of each other! The beauty of the group is both in the knowledge base (which is HUGE!) and in the families who have been living a Feingold lifestyle for years. Those other moms and dads already have an understanding of what new families are struggling because we've all been there! What a great community this has been for my family.
