I fostered a wonderful dog while his mom was deployed to Afghanistan. We kept in touch through Facebook and Messenger so she always knew what he was doing. Everyone who met him loved him and he appears in my church directory. The reunion was amazing. Through all this, I gained a great friend. We are still in touch.
