HopeWorks of Howard County is an exceptional organization with a competency of programs and staff members that address intimate partner violence and sexual assault issues. I am especially impressed with their range of programs which continue to expand. These programs not only tackle abuse from a variety of perspectives but offer creative ways to participate in expressing and understanding the problem. In addition, there is legal support, child care during counseling sessions, Safe Houses, and extensive training for both adult and young volunteers.
