I've worked with Wingard as a volunteer for several years. I still keep up with them and after all these years, they continue to help the homeless and those who are going through rough times in their lives to get on their feet, be self supporting again and get their lives turned around. They have lead many to a saving knowledge in Christ who gives comfort, peace and hope in times of trouble and despair. Roy and Charlotte understand where the recipients of their help come from, so are able to minister to people in ways others don't understand. It angers me to see posts where people don't like the fact that they ask people to do chores, etc. because that is part of life. At their Home Ministry, it takes everyone working together to get things done, because many live there and there is a lot to be done! I want to honor them for the work they do. They are on the job 24/7 and have helped a lot of people get their lives turned around. Many rewards in Heaven are stored up for them!
