Cell Phones for Soldiers started as some kids trying to do a nice thing, and it could have ended as a wonderful one-time gesture. But those kids are now adults, and their work has continued for more than a decade. As a Defense Department employee, I know how much joy Cell Phones for Soldiers has brought to our nation's service members. That has been their sole motive from the beginning, and they have remained true to it over the years.
