Review for Multidisciplinary Association For Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), San Jose, CA, USA
I first got to know about them in a conference about schamanism and psychedelics, in Peru. After that I receive e-mails about what's new in psychedelic research every month. Last month they also forwarded a message of a need for volunteerworkers, at a psychedelic festival in Portugal. I like this a lot because it gave me an option to help out in a way that is possible for me. Donating money is not an option since I'm a poor student. Neither is travelling to the Americas, at the moment, because I live in Europe.

This organization lets me know what psychedelic research and events is going on. This is an area that needs serious and broadly accepted research, an area were few other dare or want to do research and an area that is very important for me and others.
